Our Function room can accommodate 150 people theatre style for a conference with the flexibility of turning the room into any working format you may require. With wireless connection, link projectors, screens and charts available for hire, conferencing is hassle free for facilitators.

Catering & Menus
Lavender House offers a range of options for dining, from finger buffets to a full Three Course Meal, during the day or indeed in the evening. We can cater for your needs throughout the day, from coffee on arrival, mid-morning snacks, lunch, afternoon tea etc. We can also offer the use of the smaller restaurant and bar/lounge area for groups to go off and do presentations/group work. The Bar and coffee Bar can be open be open with prior knowledge.
Lavender House Hotel, also offer accommodation from standard, family, single, deluxe, superior rooms for facilitators and delegates travelling from a distance. We can also offer exclusive hotel facilities including our bars, Fantastic Italian Rocca Coffee Bar, Restaurant, Accommodation, Gardens ect if you conference requests it. The Lavender House Hotel is extremely well situated being just 2 minutes off the Peartree exit of the Devon Expressway (A38) and 20 minutes from both Exeter and Plymouth and only half an hour from Torbay. The hotel also has a large car park with parking for up to 100 cars.
